Our Council was founded on December 18, 1910 by a parish priest named Fr. Hughes. It is named after the city of East Providence, where we are located and try to assist the community and helping the needy as best as we can. The Council works closely with all East Providence Parish's and our chaplain is Fr. Peter M. P. Mongeon. Our council strongly promotes the pillars of Knights of Columbus such as Charity and Patriotism.
